OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Jeffrey Guo, P. ENG.
Jeffrey started his engineering career in 1993. After working for a few leading consulting engineering firms in China and Canada, he Joined Thomas A. Fekete Limited as the Electrical Partner in 2010. Jeffrey has designed and managed the delivery of countless projects; his experience covers the commercial (retail, restaurants, offices), educational, healthcare, industrial and residential sectors. With his solid engineering knowledge and a positive and determined attitude, Jeffrey has led and inspired TAF team, ensuring the goals of the architects and owners are understood and achieved. His quality of work and dedication to each project has won the trust of a long list of satisfied and repeat clients.
Stephen R. Hall, P.Eng., LEED AP
Stephen graduated The Technical University of Nova Scotia in 1987 with a Mechanical Engineering Degree when he moved to Toronto to seek employment. After working with a commissioning and air balancing firm for one year to gain the practical experience he moved into the engineering consulting field. Stephen started with Thomas A. Fekete Limited in February 1989, became a part-owner in November 2000 and is currently an acting Director of the company. He has spent 30 years crafting his engineering experiences into positive client relations and successful project results.
Bruce Zhang, P.Eng., LEED AP
Bruce has over 25 years of Canadian and international experience in mechanical design, engineering, and project management for projects involving HVAC, plumbing/drainage, and fire protection systems.
Bruce recognizes and respects the different perspectives represented by building owners, end-users, architects, structural engineers, contractors and municipalities. He has a clear understanding of the implications of mechanical engineering for buildings.
Bruce's skills and leadership qualities have drawn him to successfully complete technical and complex projects, focusing on transit facilities, light industry, building rehabilitations and retails renovations.
As a TAF Principal, Bruce has worked on projects involving feasibility studies, design, preparation of contract drawings, specifications and construction supervision.
